PT Newton Education Center visited Jenderal Soedirman University to discuss the terms of cooperation for Mandarin graduates, noting that graduates of other study programs are also possible. The meeting also discussed various aspects of the existing collaboration, such as placement for fifth- or sixth-semester D3 Mandarin students and for graduates of the Mandarin language study program.
The purpose of this collaboration is to establish and strengthen cooperation between the University and PT Newton Education Center in the areas of education, research, and human resource development, in order to support the alignment of academic learning with industry practices.
Under this collaboration, PT Newton Education Center will provide internship opportunities for 5th and 6th semester students of the Mandarin Language D3 Study Program for a period of three to six months, as well as contribute to academic activities by delivering guest lectures within the Mandarin Language Study Program. Students participating in the internship program are required to carry out applied work and produce a research report based on their internship activities.
To support graduate employability, the University will facilitate the dissemination of job vacancy information from PT Newton Education Center to alumni of the Mandarin Language D3 Study Program and, where relevant, to alumni from other study programs.
